Proceedings:
- Treasury balance is $3126.39. Earned 2% interest!
- March meeting minutes were approved
- Election of officers will be done at the May meeting

- Tiny Bubbles for Tiny Tots – Weekly Event Fundraiser
- Canceled on the night of April 1st. Brett feels like he has not received the response he had hoped for. Possibly too long of an event and/or day choice may be factors.
- Fired Up for Kids! – Annual Dinner Fundraiser
- Location: Fire and Vine ( www.fireandvine.com )at Hilltop
- Date: Sunday, April 27th
- Cost: $50/person which includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, antipasto bar and a glass of wine
- Menu is as follows:
- Passed Hors d’oevres : Shrimp cocktail w/sriracha cocktail sauce, Mini crabcakes w/dijon horseradish remoulade, Edwards silver label surry ham rolls w/honey butter, North Carolina BBQ sliders
- Displayed Hors d’oevres: Lynnhaven oysters on the half shell, Red grapes & cheese board, Chef’s table of grilled vegetables, Caesar salad station
- Entrees: Rotisserie Carving Station – Slow roasted top sirloin w/raspberry horseradish creme fraiche, Apple cidar brined turkey breast w/apricot reduction
- Desserts: Vertical driscol strawberries, Grand Marnier white chocolate, Port wine chocolate g’nosch, fresh creme
- Entertainment: Steve Ambrose of the Original Rhondels and Arthur Murry’s Dance Party USA dancing exhibition

Tour de Cuisine – Lockhaven, Norfok – Sunday, May 18th – 1-5PM – Tickets are $60/person

Run/Walk for the Kids – Saturday, June 14th – - 6:30-11:30AM – Looking at doing a group walk/run for our circle. More information at next month’s meeting
